This is Thankfully Coffee’s first release of a Chiroso, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to experience it’s complex profile.

We purchased this coffee via Unblended Coffee. Michael of Unblended came and visited us in person to cup 7 Chirosos from 7 different producers in Urrao. Gloria’s Chiroso, our first of a few releases this Spring, was our favorite on the cupping table - all of which were cupped blind!

Chiroso has such depth and complexity, we can’t get enough of it! Gloria’s coffee is really reminiscent of some of our favorite qualities of washed Ethiopian coffees - funnily enough since Chiroso has been genetically confirmed as 100% Ethiopian Landrace.

Gloria’s Chiroso has a depth of juicy ripe peach, prominent florality, a buttery, rich texture, and even a subtle hint of spice that reminds us of freshly cracked black pepper. It is seriously a whirlwind, and we can’t stop drinking it. One of the most complex profiles we’ve had in any coffee!
