A story of gratitude

Every cup tells a story. Ours begins with the farmers who make it all possible.

Coffee farmer in the field

The name "Thankfully" was chosen because of a desire to stir gratitude and appreciation in the hearts of our customers. Specifically, gratitude towards the farmers who produce the coffees we love.

That we would all have a high regard and value for their lives and work.

Coffee processing facility

We work with a number of coffee producers who implement careful and attentive growing & processing practices. We do our best to give them our longterm commitment such that we will be purchasing from them repeatedly every season.

We believe this is a concrete way to actually contribute benefit to the lives of coffee farmers.

Green coffee bean selection

The coffees we source have a great deal of nuance, character and complexity. We love to feature coffees that are super sweet, have pleasant and approachable acidity, and a delightful body/mouthfeel.

Our roasting practices involve specifically highlighting those three elements of our coffees well. In order to do that, we stay committed to developing coffees properly without adding any "roast" character to the coffee.

We also seek to work with coffees that are particularly fresh as it regards when they were harvested, because we believe this is when coffees are most vibrant and expressive.

We don't actively seek to purchase discounted, old harvest coffees which have likely faded in quality or taken on notable aged characteristics. We want to be transparent about this so you can be assured of the kind of quality you will be receiving in our coffees.

That's our story. We hope you taste it in every cup.
