But these coffees can be so versatile, as is the case with Mustefa's lot here. As we analyzed the coffee on filter, we were carried along by a sugary ripe peach profile, with some exquisite vanilla and tart grapefruit as the main focus of the overall profile. Thus we are super excited to make this available on our website for all coffee brewers! It has been quite some time since we released any washed Ethiopian coffees - hooray!
