Ecuador-La Papaya Mejorado

Juan Peña and Hacienda La Papaya need no introduction - having garnered worldwide acclaim for producing some of the most highly sought-after coffees in the industry! We have been tasting Juan Peña's coffee since 2018 when we very first tried Mejorado. His fully washed Mejorado has long been our favorite coffee from La Papaya, and it is a privilege to finally have a chance to put the Thankfully spin on it for you all! 

The 2025 summer harvest of this coffee is the best we have tasted it to date. The coffee is bursting with sweetness and acidity. We taste pink apple, pear, white florality, and a sugary caramel finish like dulce de leche.
