Burundi-Mutana Hill

Mutana Hill needs no big introduction on our menu - this is the third year in a row we have roasted coffee from Mutuna Hill produced by Long Miles Coffee Project in Kayanza, Burundi. Mutana Hill consistently produces our favorite coffees from this region. We love the dense and complex sweetness that reminds us this season of cookie butter and powdered sugar. There is a lovely, crisp raspberry present as well. Expect to find some supporting stone fruits as the coffee ages from the roast date as well.

Long Miles coffees were one of our very first introductions into specialty coffee over a decade ago. Today, Mutana Hill is among a very few coffees we select and contract each year without needing to sample first. And every year the cup profile affirms that decision again and again. We are committed to bringing this coffee in every season as long as possible!
